Viver com Arte is a property investment company dedicated to buying and selling real estate, which offers its clients a complete refurbishment customization service based on a “Turnkey” solution.

Headquartered in São Domingos de Benfica, it was created by Maurício Antunes in 2015 with the purpose of providing the market with a value proposition as far as the real estate transaction of refurbished properties tailored to the client’s requirements is concerned

Currently, with the help of a qualified team of professionals, Viver com Arte is present in the Lisbon market with the purpose of helping you achieve all your dreams while respecting its commitment to quality and transparency throughout the whole process.

OUR CONCEPT

Our goal at Viver com Arte is to make the dreams of those who seek the real art of living come true.

The process begins with the purchase of a property in need of restoration. Then, we create a customized 3D project highlighting the property’s potential. Once we identify an interested costumer, he is given total freedom to intervene and customize the 3D project (by choosing materials, colors, among others) so we can subsequently initiate the property’s refurbishment.
